Please ensure that you read the terms and conditions before ordering from us.
Ordering from www.DowntonDelights.com means that you understand and accept
our terms and conditions.
delivery terms
We currently only deliver in the UK. Please contact us to discuss your requirements
if you cannot find what you are looking for in the information provided. We dispatch
within 48 hours of receiving your order but if you need it sooner just let us know.
We dispatch by Royal Mail so you should be receiving your item within 1-3 working
days. Packages up to 2kg will be charges at £3.20.
We also dispatch by courier, please selected your preferred postage option at
checkout.
We can provide next day delivery on any orders received before 12 noon.
We always ensure we have proof of postage for your package and can provide this
on request. For gifts we are able to send in plain outside packaging to ensure we do
not give away the surprise! Please let us know if you would like this when you order.​
out of stock items
If an item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know before we send
your items and offer a replacement. We would not expect this to happen as we keep good stock levels across the range.
returns
Should you be unhappy with the sweets received please contact us straight away to let us know. We will only accept returns where you have notified us within 3 working days of receiving the item that you would like to return it. We are unable to provide refunds for sweets that have been damaged once received or where you have just changed your mind. Please ensure the sweets are returned in the original packaging to us within 10 days for us to review your refund.

Full payment must be received before the goods can be dispatched. We have arange of payment methods available including PayPal and Visa.

All of our sweets are sourced from large wholesalers who provide us with details of
ingredients and allergies on the packaging, this is the information we will provide on our website. Any allergens will be listed in Bold to ensure they are clearly visible.
